Yoga & Meditation

Through my diverse training in kundalini, ashtanga, hatha, yin, nidra, and pre & post-natal yoga, I offer practices tailored to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether you seek physical strength, flexibility, emotional release, or deep restoration, each session is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner landscape.

Yoga is more than movement—it is a path of self-discovery, a way to listen to the wisdom your body holds. From the dynamic energy of kundalini to the stillness of yin, each practice offers unique gifts to support your transformation.

Meditation guides you inward, cultivating stillness, presence, and a deeper awareness of self. In the silence, we learn to quiet the noise of the mind and reconnect with our true essence. It is here that clarity emerges and healing begins.

Together, yoga and meditation become powerful tools for transformation, helping you find balance, release what no longer serves you, and cultivate peace in your daily life. I invite you to step onto the mat and journey within.

Private Yoga Classes

There are several reasons why you might choose to take a private yoga class over a group class.
A private class allows you to schedule the class at a time that works best for you, rather than having to work around a set class schedule + as it’s online, you avoid time and fees of transportation.

Increased accountability : With a private class, you are more likely to stick to a regular practice, as you have made a personal commitment to the teacher and yourself.

Targeted instruction : If you have specific physical limitations or injuries, a private class can help you work around these issues and receive personalized modifications to your practice.

Improved confidence : Practicing yoga in a private setting can help you build confidence in your abilities and develop a stronger understanding of the practice.

Freedom to be yourself : While you practice at home, there is no comparison whatsoever, you are safe to be yourself in the comfort of your own place.

Shadow Work

Wait, what is Shadow Work?

Shadow work, in the context of Carl Jung’s psychology, refers to the process of exploring and integrating the unconscious, repressed aspects of one’s personality, often referred to as the “shadow.” The shadow includes unconscious thoughts, feelings, and desires that are in conflict with one’s conscious values and beliefs. Shadow work involves bringing these unconscious elements to conscious awareness and accepting them as part of one’s total self, in order to achieve greater wholeness and self-awareness.
